We do our best to only offer quality products and strive to represent them accurately; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the new, unused product with your receipt and RMA (return merchandise authorization) number within 30 days from when you received your order to:

Please contact us by email at service@badgerpeak.com or call 1-800-556-9605 to receive your RMA number. We cannot accept returns on firearms, ammunition or optics unless there was an error on the part of Badger Peak. If you are returning a product because you decided you don't like it, your refund will be for the product price less shipping charges and will only be issued for product in new, unaltered condition with all original packaging and accessories. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items and is responsible for all lost shipments on items being returned. If there was an error on the part of Badger Peak, we will assume responsibility for all shipping charges and will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their packages upon receipt. If your package is damaged or you believe you were shipped incorrect items, promptly contact customer service at service@badgerpeak.com or by calling 1-800-556-9605. Damaged and/or incorrect items must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund.
